GENERAL INFORMATION

Shipping is FREE. 100CAPRI.COM does not deliver to P.O. Boxes. Shipments destined for countries inside the European Union do not contain an invoice or any other documentation declaring the value of the merchandise. All shipments destined for countries outside the European Union, as required by Customs regulations, are accompanied by an invoice declaring the value of the merchandise. 100CAPRI.COM does not include the cost of taxes and duties in your order, so you will need to pay any additional fees.

IMPORTER REQUIREMENTS

Private U.S. citizens and non-U.S. citizens residing in the U.S.A., who import Internet goods from abroad, could be required to have a Social Security Number or a Tax ID Number and must release this number willingly to the express courier or broker. Non-U.S. citizens/residents who DO NOT have a Social Security Number could provide an assigned Importer Number from the CBP (U.S. Customs and Border Protection). HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO GET MY PACKAGE?

Most of Europe and USA: delivery within 2-4 days Rest of the world: delivery within 3-7 days Please keep in mind that our shipping times should be used as a guide only and are based on time from dispatch. 100CAPRI.COM cannot take responsibility for customs clearance delays or failed payment approval, though we will try to minimise any potential delays.

HOW DO I CANCEL MY ORDER?
To cancel an order write to a contact@100capri.com, specify the order number you want to cancel and wait until you receive a confirmation email. If your order’s already been shipped, we can’t cancel your order — but we do offer a Free Returns service. You can find more info on cancelling and returning orders in our Return & Refunds Policy.
MISSING SHIPPING INFORMATION
If the package is not successfully delivered to the Client’s address due to a lack of cooperation from the Client (wrong telephone number, wrong address, absent at address, non-compliance with import regulations) as per the 100CAPRI.COM commercial agreement, the package may risk being sent back to Italy at the Client’s expense including any import fees that may be assessed upon re-entry to Italy. These fees will be deducted from any eventual reimbursement.

WHAT PAYMENT METHODS ARE ACCEPTED?

We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express. You can also pay quickly with Apple Pay or Google Pay. You can also choose to pay with PayPal. When selecting this option, you will be directed to the PayPal site to ‘Log In’ and review the amount shown before clicking ‘Pay Now’. Once this transaction is complete, you will then return to 100CAPRI.COM.

IS BUYING ON-LINE SAFE?

To help ensure that your shopping experience is safe, simple and secure 100% Capri uses Secure Socket Layer (SSL) technology. This encrypts and protects the data you send to us over the internet. If SSL is enabled then you will see a padlock at the top of your browser and you can click on this to find out information about the SSL digital certificate registration. You will also notice that when you look at the location (URL) field at the top of the browser you will see it begin with 'https:' instead of the normal 'http:'. This means that you are in secure mode.

Returns

HOW LONG DO I HAVE TO RETURN AN ITEM?
If for any reason Clients are not satisfied with an order, the items can be returned for Size/Color Exchange, Store Credit or Refund within 14 days of the order’s delivery date.
HOW DO I DO A RETURN?
To request a return write to contact@100capri.com, specifying order number, selecting the items to return and the desired type of return. Once completed, 100CAPRI.COM will send a confirmation email, the shipping label and instructions for the return shipment. The return shipment is FREE (any taxes and duties are not included) when shipped using the courier provided by 100CAPRI.COM. If the return package is shipped using a different courier than the one provided, all consequent costs will be the Client’s responsibility. Returns must be shipped within 14 days of the order’s delivery date.
TYPES OF RETURNS
Size/Color Exchange Items can be exchanged only when a different size or a different color of the same Item Code is available. The new item will be eligible for return through the same return procedure. Store Credit As soon as the return has been processed, the Client will receive a code for the total value of the returned items. The code may be used on the next order placed on 100CAPRI.COM. If Shipment was added and paid for during checkout by the Client, it will not be included in the Store Credit amount. If Shipment was included free of charge the Store Credit amount will not be affected. Store Credit Can be used one time only within three months of the return; Is not cumulative with other Store Credits; Must be used in its entirety on an order that is either equal to or greater than the value of the Store Credit. Refund Refunds will be processed as soon as returned items have been checked and accepted by 100CAPRI.COM. For orders paid by Credit Card, the refunded amount will be available to Clients in roughly 10 days and within their next billing statement. Processing time may vary depending on the Credit Card Company. Orders paid by PayPal, Amazon Pay, Apple Pay will be refunded to the original account. Refunds will be issued in the same currency as the original purchase. Any differences in the amount refunded are due to exchange rate fluctuations and will not be reimbursed. Any original shipping costs incurred will only be refunded to the Client if all the items purchased in the order are returned.
RETURNS TERMS CONDITIONS
Items must not have been worn, washed or altered in any way, and must not show any signs of use. Soles of footwear must be in perfect condition and must not be marked in any way. Items must be returned with all original labels and tags still attached, packaging and other accessories (bags, hangers, garment covers etc.) received with the order. Shoes and other accessories must be returned with their original boxes, which must not be damaged and/or altered or used as the external parcel for the shipment. Items that have any sign of use or wear will not be accepted and will be returned to the Client. Items from the HOME area must be returned in perfect condition, without any damage, scratches or dents. If an item from the Home area is delivered damaged, please contact us to receive instructions for the return. Items must be returned in their original packaging with all original accessories, components and instructions. Furthermore, they must be packaged in the same suitable manner in which they were received. Returns must be packaged in the 100CAPRI.COM box, which must be securely sealed with adhesive tape. In case the 100CAPRI.COM box is no longer available, clients may use another type of packaging suitable for the shipment of 100CAPRI.COM items. In the case of defective or incorrect merchandise, we invite Clients to immediately contact contact@100capri.com. 100CAPRI.COM reserves the right to request photographic support regarding defective or incorrect merchandise before authorizing a return for full reimbursement of shipping and import fees. Pickups for all authorized returns with 100CAPRI.COM’s courier account numbers must originate from the same country of the original shipment. In the case that the return shipment requires pickup or the payment of any added fees, 100CAPRI.COM reserves the right to refuse returns sent with a different courier than specified in the confirmation email. 100CAPRI.COM reserves the right to refuse returns that are unauthorized and/or not sent in accordance with the Return Policy detailed on the website. In the case of unauthorized or non-standard returns, the merchandise will be returned to the shipping address specified in the original order. If an unauthorized return is accepted, 100CAPRI.COM will deduct a 10% administrative/re-stocking fee from the refund. Due to the nature of customised orders, and the fact that they have been specially created for you, we will not be able to accept returns unless the customised pieces were damaged or faulty when delivered to you. For any issue not explicitly mentioned, the European normative for long-distance commerce prevails.
APPLICABILITY OF THE POLICY
The following policy applies only to goods purchased on our Website, we can not make refunds on goods bought in our physical stores.
